BMW X3 2.0D 2007 150Bhp
ECU Remapped and DPF removal
Gain 50BHp 100Nm
Nasty Horrible Diesel sucking fault cuasing piles of crappo – The diesel particulate filter causes nothing but problems using extra diesel in the process – remove it and remap the vehicle – free flowing exhaust gasses and a performance tune transforms this vehicle – here you can see Zurg welding the emptied DPF box back together after clearing the filter out – oops its not Zurg its Jas in a welding mask

VW Transporter 2.5 Tdi 131 BHP
ECU Remapped 02/08/2012
Gain 38BHp 85Nm
The T5 transporter is a fine van but only 131bhp from a 2.5 litre engine is not cool   170 is a lot better – and better on fuel too    happy days

Renault Traffic 1.9 DCi 100
ECU Remapped 06/08/2012
Gain 38BHp 75Nm
Very nice gains from these Renault Traffics or its Vauxhall Vivaro or Nissan Primstar cousins, making a whole world of differnce to the drive. If you have one it is highly recommended to get it remapped and enjoy the extra power and economy available

Ford Transit 2.0 Tddi 85ps
ECU Remapped 06/08/2012
Gain 30Bhp 60Nm
I will come clean here the early ( up to mk6 ) transits are a bit hit and miss with the remapping as the turbos are mechanical rather than electrical so its really how good the engine is as to how well they respond for performance although 10-15% fuel savings will come no metter how well they respond  performance wise – this one went pretty well despite its 125k milage – lets be honest though any gains on its paultry 85bhp stock would be well received

VW Touran 1.6 tdi 105 bhp
Our groundbreaking work on the remapping of the VAG 1.6TDi continues – what was allegedly a breakthrough so we can remap these cars OBD has turned out to be not 100% true but we are continuing development as this goes to press – hopefully it wont be long before the exact gains available are released –

Chrysler Grand Voyager 2.8 CRD 150Bhp
ECU Remapped 08/08/2012
Gain 35BHp 70Nm
I hadn t noticed before now that the ecus in these Chryslers are pretty old – a 57 reg having an EDC15 ecu when Mercedes whos engine is in the car switched to EDC16 in 2004 – strange but “hey ho” still very tunable – nice gains here means Gary will get to those all imprtant family days out a bit swifter and more economically

SAAB 9-3 1.9 TiD 150Bhp
ECU Remapped 08/08/2012
Gain 40BHp 80Nm
I love em – what a well built car smooth, powerful ( well it is now) car and with a soft top and no scuttle shake – happy days – thats why I talked my daughter into buying this one when her old Astra needed changing – First job tune it up ( thanks to Dave Parker for another excellent file )and give it a good polish – Now do you think she will put me on her insurance

Mazda 6 2.0 Diesel 140BHp
ECU Remapped and DPF Remaoval 09/08/2012
Gain 40BHp 80Nm
No problems with teh DPF on this Mazda but it wasnt going to be long so preventative medicine here
They are not the easiest cars to remove the DPF from the ecu but we know how to do it
Remap gains of 30 BHp plus an estimate 10 more by removing the filter – much better car now

Saab 9-3 xwd  2.8T
ECU Remapped 09/08/2012
Gain 35BHp 70Nm
Not many tuners can remap these super quick Saabs – no probelm for us – even more power can be released by fitting upgraded air filters and larger intercooler as these cars will suffer heat soak if tuned harder without these upgrades

BMW E90 320D M Sport Auto 163 Bhp
ECU Remapped 10/08/2012
Gain 54bhp 95Nm
No one gives better performance on these 163BHp BMWs than us – power up to 3 litre diesel level and while they wont improve mpg if driven hard will certainly improve if driven in a reasonable manner

BMW E88 125i Cabriolet
ECU Remapped 11/08/2012
Gain 20 BHp 28Nm
I was unsure when this car booked in wether it was anti-tune ( mev1746 ) or OBD (msd81.2 ) ecu – as it was a july 2010 vehicle – It was actually the latter meaning we can remap it via the OBD port – while 20Bhp doesnt sound a great deal the drive is vastly improved with much sharper throttle response and a lot less lag in the 1700-2100 rpm area associated with bmw n/a petrol engines

BMW 320D e90 163Bhp
ECU Remapped 13/08/2012
Gain 54BHp 95Nm
Massive power gains from these BMW 320Ds this one went particually well probably as the file was written by Sam Bennett – Move over Jason Heitman theres a new kid in town and he is looking to take your BMW ace tuner mantle

Jaguar x-type 2.2d 155BHp
ECU Remapped 13/08/2012
Gain 30BHp 60Nm
They may have Mundaneo underpinnings but the X-type has a lot of appeal and repair bills would be relatively cheap as many parts are shared with the Ford on which it is based – the extra BHp and Torque transform the drive and make this a swift and powerful executive saloon

Honda Accord 2.2 i-ctdi 138Bhp
ECU Remapped 13/08/2012
Gain 38BHp 75Nm
What a difference a remap makes to these Hondas. It is honestly like chalk and cheese and with the legendary reliability of a Honda they are a very sensible family car. Next time I am going to test it on teh dyno because I think the gains are bigger than quoted

Range Rover Sport TDV6 188BHp
ECU Remapped 14/08/2012
Gain 38 BHp 95Nm
Library Photo
These Range rovers are a little underpowered and also suffer with a lag when hitting the loud pedal – while not totally eliminating this the improvement in lag is vast and the extra power gratefully recieved. This may stop the owner switching to a TDV8

VW Golf GT TDI 140 PD
ECU Remapped 14/08/2012
Gain 40BHp 80Nm Library photo
Having seen no mpg improvements from a tuning box bought elsewhere this customer decided to get a remap being he commutes 135miles per day and gets 52 mpg at best . I would expect at least 10% improvement on this – We do not sell or recommend tuning boxes for non common rail diesel engined vehicles

Citroen DS3 1.6Thp
ECU Remapped ( Motorsport Pack ) 14/08/2012
Gain 50BHp 71Nm
Its been a month or two since the last motorsport remap I have done on a DS3 and I had forgotten just how good they go – The smile on the customers face when he returned from the test drive tells it all – well how could it not with 200bhp and 235lb/ft in a hot hatch with little drive train loss, its a riot

Chrysler Grand Voyager 2.5 CRD
ECU Remapped 15/08/2012
Gain 40BHp 80Nm
“JUT ALORES” even the french are having their cars remapped by flashremapping – well actually not but this customer lives in France and had his voyager remapped while back visiting – It was always slow to respond away from the lights and pretty lackluster generally but this remap makes a huge difference to how the big people carrier drives

Ford Transit 2.4 TDDi 125BHp Motorhome
ECU Remapped 16/08/2012
Gain 30 BHp 60Nm
This was a biggun and no mistake – probably the biggest motorhome conversion based on a transit – 7 berth – Fuel economy was shocking as was the lack of power – both have been vastly improved now
the engine will not labour so much with the weight thus improving fuel economy
