VW Caravelle T5 Transporter 2.5TDi 174Bhp
ECU Remapped 05/09/2011
Gain 38Bhp 85Nm
Derrick recently bought this 2007 VeeDub to cover all bases – Family transport and lugging amps etc for his musical pastime but had been dissapointed with the performance off the line with 1st gear being incredibly short and needing to rev to over 3000 rpm for 2nd gear to get going – now we do not change gearing during remapping but work on the torque limiters and remapping the fueling and boost has made this Caravelle a lot easier to live with especially in London Traffic

Kia Sorento 2.5 CRD 138 Bhp
ECU Remapped 06/09/2011
Gain 35Bhp 70Nm
Nigel had his previous car a Nissan Terrano remapped by us a couple of years ago as it needed a bit more oompfh to tow his 26Ft caravan, so when he bought his Kia he gave us a call immediately.  Being an early 2006 it falls in the lower tax bandings that would hurt him to the tune of £200 a year to buy the more powerful later version but knowing he could add the power with a FlashRemap this was a no brainer – certainly a lot smoother post remap and with added punch

BMW 335i Coupe   304BHp
ECU Remapped 06/09/2011
Gain 78BHp 90Nm
OH YES OH YES    78BHP from this BMW puts it right up the trumpet of the V8 M3 ( unless we have breathed on that obviously )   Tom and his co-workers are car nuts
and it seems Tom is now the big swinging Dick in the office with more BHp than the others – I did have to answer a few questions to the others there so I might be back in Parkstone, Bournemouth soon

Ford Mondeo ST200 2.5 V6  200Bhp
ECU Remapped 07/09/2011
Gain 15Bhp 22Nm
Matt has only owned this Mondeo for a few months bought fairly cheaply as a to/from work car but its a lot better than the price actually dictated so he has decided to see what extra can be gained – fitted with a K&N air filter and 2.5″ cat back exhaust to help breathing a remap should just set this off nicely

BMW 330D Auto E46 204BHP
ECU Remapped 12/09/2011
Gain 42Bhp 90Nm
Maz only bought his BMW yesterday but knows what a difference a remap can make and after coming out of an Audi s4 he felt the need to tweek it a little – certainly a better performance on the test drive

BMW 530D Auto E60 218BHP
ECU Remapped 12/09/2011
Gain 42Bhp 90Nm
It seems 12/09 is Black BMW day as we also remapped this 2004 E60 BMW again giving a decent improvement on the test drive

VW Transporter T5 2.5 TDI 131 Bhp
ECU Remapped 13/09/2011
BlueOptimized
Gain 30Bhp 65Nm
BlueOptimize is economy tuning but so much more – our friends at Naos Flooring have already had a T5 and a sprinter remapped this way and the T5 has improved from 500 to 600 miles per tankful – no wonder we were called back to remap their other two vehicles 20% fuel savings is fantastic in todays high fuel price environment

Ford Transit Connect 1.8TDCI 90Bhp
ECU Remapped 13/09/2011
BlueOptimized
Gain 20Bhp 35Nm
Brand new to the company the driver of this van has just relinquished the 2.5 TDI Transporter as he was using £600 a month on fuel alone – hopefully change of van and having our BlueOptimize remap will reduce this considerably

BMW 335D Coupe Auto 286Bhp
ECU Remapped 14/09/2011
Gain 55Bhp 120Nm
These BMWS are pretty rapid anyway with their twin turbos but a remap will add the icing to the cake, Tim was certainly impressed on the test drive

Land Rovery Discovery 3 2.7 tdv6 Auto 188Bhp
ECU Remapped 16/09/2011
Gain 30BHp 60Nm
Garth travels 65 miles each way to work and back and while he loves the Landie better economy is required for his motorway commute – Based on our “Blue optimise” remap we have tweaked the settings slightly to give better boost between 1900-2500 rpm (70-85mph on motorway)
initial results are showing better fuel consumption and sharper performance – these discos do smoke a bit and we are trying to find a solution for that a performance panel air filter will probably help but we are also researching egr deletion after all why recirculate already burnt air with little oxygen

Audi A4 Cab 1.8T 163Bhp
ECU Remapped 16/09/2011
Gain 40Bhp 80Nm
now boasting over 200Bhp this pin sharp Audi is a much better drive sharper throttle response and more urgency throughout the rev range. It really is a decent modification to any turbocharged engine – enjoy Dan

VW Golf GTI 1.8T 150Bhp
ECU Remapped 16/09/2011
Gain 40Bhp 80Nm
Spud has a very clean 2001 Golf GTi fityted with a cold air intake but as any young man will tell you he wants more.
Well we can help him out here and like Dan’s Audi sharper throttle response and more power right through the rev range will keep him happy for a while – I do see a big BHP monster in his future tho – and I’m no visionary

Audi A3 2.0 FSI 150Bhp
ECU Remapped 16/09/2011
Gain 14Bhp 20Nm
YOU KNOW WHEN YOU’VE BEEN TANGO’D
Well in Ross’s case probably not – this pin sharp Audi A3 looks deceptively like a S3 with body kit wheels and “marmite” paint job – it would fool most but not when it came to performance, especially below 3000rpm it couldn’t pull the skin off a custard – Dont let the absolute performance figures fool you – this remap gives the car better response and a more willing urgency right where it previously lacked – Ross commented after the testdrive ” wow, thats 10 times better”.  Gllad we could help Ross – enjoy…

Mercedes ML 280CDi 190Bhp
ECU Remapped 19/09/2011
Gain 42Bhp 130Nm

Nice improvements on these big Mercedes MLs, now they are not Ferrari but the extra Bhp and more improtantly Torque will help them keep up with the more powerful models. Interestingly the ML now comes with either 300 or 350 Blue Efficiency models the latter being £2100 upgrade. The difference is just a remap adding only 27Bhp and 29lb/ft of torque – now that is an expensive tune

Audi A6 3.0 tdi V6
ECU Remapped 23/09/2011
Gain 50Bhp 110 Nm
Fantastic gains from these big Audis – This one had been previously remapped rather badly and had incorrect checksum and torque limiters were not correctly adjusted as well as weak boost gains – all corrected now

Audi A6 3.0 TDi V6 Avant
ECU Remapped 23/09/2011
Gain 50BHp 110Nm
This car was identical to the one above but its ecu was totally origional – nice gains available on these Audis

Audi A5 2.0 TDi 170BHp
V-Box Fitted 23/09/2011
Gain 35BHp 70Nm
Being a 59 plate the choice is to fit a tuning box or remove the ecu from the car for tuning – this time we fitted a tuning box as it is still under warantee and the customer did not want the ecu removed

BMW 330D Coupe E92 245BHp Auto
V-Box fitted 23/09/2011
Gain 40Bhp 80Nm
Again we had the tuning box / ecu out dilemma as this is a very late BMW – we have fitted a tuning box again as we do not want to upset BMW regarding warantee – my finger has made another unwanted appearance in the photo though

Rover 75 2.0 CRD 130BHp
ECU Remapped 26/09/2011
Gain 38Bhp 80Nm
Fitted with the BMW 2.0 common rail diesel engine this car is really detuned in the Rover. But we can do a lot about that and it is now a much swifter car with better fuel economy

Audi A4 2.0 FSi 150Bhp
ECU Remapped 27/09/2011
Gain 14Bhp 20Nm
Again we are remapping and Audi fitted with the fsi engine – the outright performance gains are limited but the way this car now develops power below 3000rpm make a whole lot of difference in the real world driving conditions

Range Rover Sport 5.0 V8 Supercharged 505BHp
ECU Remapped 27/09/2011
Gain 35Bhp 55Nm
It didnt really need more power but it got it anyway – these mighty Range Rovers give a suprising turn of speed
Its not all tuners that can tune these  cars but fortunately we have the right equipment – sharper throttle response and extra power right through to the red line – even more power is achievable by replacing the supercharger pully wheel

Mazda 6 2.0 Diesel 136Bhp
V-box fitted 28/09/2011
Gain 38Bhp 75Nm
Jamie’s boss has just had his BMW 530D remapped and is very enthusiastic about tuning, so not to be outdone Jamie wanted to keep up – the Denso ecu in the Mazda is only just being cracked so a great alternative is to fit a v-box diesel tuning box – very nice gains here and decent fuel savings too

Audi A4 2.0 TDi 140 BHP Cabriolet
ECU Remapped and DPF Delete 30/09/2011
Gain 33Bhp 60Nm
Greg is a canny man and a fine motor-x bike rider too. He  has just bought this Audi cheaply as it has had DPF problems and the previous owner had removed the internals from the DPF and replaced on the car – problem being the ecu was still trying to do a “regeneration” process pumping raw diesel into the exhaust and raising exhaust tempratures – so the car smoked heavily and had an engine light flashing like a disco-
We do not recommend removing the DPF internals before removing DPF software but we know we can get away with this in VAG group vehicles – we cleared fault codes and remapped the car with our Blue Optimise TM remap

Much reduced smoke and a much improved drive – economy should be massively improved now

Skoda Octavia 1.9 Tdi 110Bhp
ECU Remapped 30/09/2011
Gain 33Bhp 60Nm
As you can see from the badge in the rear window this is a mini cab and economy is paramount – Blue Optimise TM is the answer – nice performance improvements and roughly 70-100 more mpg per tankful – you can’t say fairer than that
