Tom has fitted a Garrett turbo from a 150BHp Pd engine and a decat 2.5 inch exhaust and drilled the air box – nice modifications but lame without a remap to tune it in.
These are estimated modifications but we will have exact once he hits the dyno next week – this car is now seriously quick for a diesel

Not a slow car to start with but Denny who is a biker at heart wanted a little more – I must admit I was supprised to see the 2003 Saab fitted with a trionic t8 ecu not the t7 but never the less after a very slow read Jason wrote a great file that improves performance and smooths out the power delivery making this car very swift

These people carriers are great value for money – so much cheaper than a T5 Transporter and the quality of the plastics not that bad – plenty of power too but a little more oomph and some extra mpg will go down a treat – well the power was there on the test drive will report back on the mpg

this 2006 is an early B6 and has been well used with over 100K on the clock but with regular services all from the main dealer  there is still plenty of life to come. Now added a few more BHp and with the Blue Optimize remap there will definately be a few more mpg

Tim is in the Motor business being an expert in vehicle diagnostic and when his mobile workshop went a bit wrong he knew the DPF was the cause – He removed the Filter itself and brought the van round – We have removed the DPF software within the ecu and given it a blend remap as well – It certainly performs a lot better now with much more urge especially around 2500 rpm and he will have no more DPF problems – Happy Christmas Tim

After coming out of a 2003 530d Stuart was impressed with the 520d but was after a bit more – well we gave him the performance remap that takes the 2 litre engine past the stock figures for the early 3 litre versions – and with reasonable driving will see improvements in mpg too although not if he drives too hard
