Mini Cooper S Remap

Mini Cooper S Remap

ECU Remapped 10/09/2014
Lambda delete
James had had some problems with his cooper s and eventually replaced the head gasket, plugs and coil packs but was still misfiring
We went to try and sort this out as a Mini main dealer had told him it had previously been remapped – We compared the original file to a known original and it was 100% match – Fault codes showing p0420 which is Cat efficiency below threshold – so we wrote a lambda delete into the map – its now a whole lot better

Land Rover Freelander 2 2.2 D Remap

Land Rover Freelander 2 2.2 D Remap

ECU Remapped 10/09/2014
Gain 38Bhp 75Nm
This was a 2011 FreeLander with the EDC17CP42 ECU but it doesn’t have anti -tune so its a straightforward OBD Remap taking just over an hour – nice gains put it up there with the higher powered 190BHp  version -Its smoother and faster through the gears on the auto box – much nicer drive all round

Ford S-MAX 2.0 Tdci Remap

Ford S-MAX 2.0 Tdci Remap

ECU Remapped 10/09/2014
Gain 30BHp 60Nm
Having owned his car for 3 years it still did everything that was required to ferry the family around but better economy and an improved drive was required – that is exactly what we have delivered
smoother drive – more power and better fuel economy and still in the same family friendly package

VW Caddy 1.9 Tdi Remap

VW Caddy 1.9 Tdi Remap

ECU Remapped 11/09/2014
Gain 38Bhp 75Nm
This is one of the last caddys with the 1.9 litre engine before the facelift that makes also changes to the 1.6 litre engine and they are really strong vans that will last a very very long time – there was a 2.0 litre version with 140Bhp that is very sought after but why not buy the 104bhp version and tune it to the 140bhp level and save a fortune
It certainly goes a lot better and also if sensibly driven will give 50-80 extra miles per tankful

Vauxhall Astra 1.9 CDTi 120Bhp Remap

Vauxhall Astra 1.9 CDTi 120Bhp Remap

ECU Remapped 15/09/2014
Gain 38Bhp 75Nm
The 1.9 CDTi comes in the Astra with two bhp versions 120BHp and 150Bhp this is the lower version with 120BHp but a remap will get it above the levels of the 150 so if you see a 120 for sale at the right price/spec it might be worth buying and remapping rather than searching further for a 150bhp version
Improved throttle response and more mpg with this remap too

BMW 335i Remap

BMW 335i Remap

ECU Remapped 16/09/2014
Gain 78Bhp 90Nm
A Legendary BMW straight 6 petrol engine with twin turbos always going to be a great car and now with our race level remap its a flyer
really strong and smooth power

BMW 335i Simota Carbon Fibre Air Intake

BMW 335i Simota Carbon Fibre Air Intake

Fitted 16/09
While the BMW Siemens MSD80 was reading and thats not a quick thing – 54 minutes to be precise we fitted a Simota Carbon Fibre air intake to the 335i and it look superb – a 3 part kit that really compliments the engine bay – It also sounds superb and helps air flow through to the turbos
We have some very special deals on Simota air intake products and they really help to get the best from a remap

Range Rover Sport 2014 SDV6 Remap

Range Rover Sport 2014 SDV6 Remap

ECU Remapped 17/09/2014
Gain 30BHp 60Nm
The 6 Cylinder Diesel from Range Rover was always the weak link underpowered compared to the TDV8 versions – but the newest one the L405 ( earlier was the L322 ) is pretty impressive it has been on teh sort of diet I need shedding a ton of weight and gaining bhp so they now have 292 stock – but why not make it better by tuning
better fuel economy – better throttle response and more power the trilogy of tuning

Range Rover Sport TDV6 Remap

Range Rover Sport TDV6 Remap

ECU Remapped 18/09/2014
Gain 35Bhp 70Nm
The 211 Bhp 3.0 TDV6 is better than the older 2.7 but still a bit underpowered – thats why the SDV6 is more sought after but the option of remapping the TDV6 for 246Bhp makes a lot of sense
Its still a bench tune but the 2 hours it took is well worthwhile – I wish the battery wasn’t so heavy though as taking it out to get to the ecu is quite a stretch – on the road the car feels lighter and more responsive

Subaru Legacy Diesel Remap

Subaru Legacy Diesel Remap

ECU Remapped 19/09/2014
Gain 35BHp 75Nm
The first ever diesel boxer engine where the cylinders are horizontally opposed and this gives a lower centre of gravity – up till recently the only tuning option was the “smoke box” and you could tell this car had one fitted as the exhaust was very sooty – that removed and now having a remap its at least as powerful if not more so . Low down work on the torque limiters helps it get up and go very well indeed

Citroen Relay Tuning

Citroen Relay FR Tuning Module

Fitted 20/09/2014

Bit of an odd van this with a siemens ecu that cannot be remapped, It is the Euro 5 Version of the 2.2 litre diesel engine but with 120Bhp rather than the later 110/130/150 Bhps that are currently available – after some searching and the first loom that was sent to me not fitting we got it paired up – It took 70-80 miles of driving for the full benefits to be seen as the common rail pressure build but now is about 30Bhp 60Nm improved and a happy customer

Saab 9-3 1.9 Tid Remap

Saab 9-3 1.9 Tid Remap

ECU Remapped 23/09/2014
Gain 38Bhp 75Nm
This was a late 9-3 2010 to be exact but still the same edc16 ecu so read/write via the diagnostic port all in less than an hour – great gains from these engines and makes a massive difference out on the road

Ford Focus 2.5 ST Remap

Ford Focus 2.5 ST Remap

ECU Remapped 23/09/2014
Gain 50Bhp 100Nm
Ihave said it before and I will say it again the 2.5 litre turbocharged Volvo engined Ford Focus ST is the best value for money hot hatch you can buy and its really tunable – this car took only 20 minutes to read tune and write the software – and what a difference goes like s=== of a shovel – get yourself 6 grand and go buy one

Audi A5 2.0 Tdi Remap

Audi A5 2.0 Tdi Remap

ECU Remapped 24/09/2014
Gain 40BHp 80Nm
a 2011 vehicle that may or may not be tunable via the diagnostic port – as recently some anti-tune vehicles can now be tuned OBD but to be honest its pretty simple to take the ecu out and tune on the bench rather than read via the obd and see if it is compatible or not – couple of hours and the car is vastly improved in performance response and economy

BMW E46 320D Remap

BMW E46 320D Remap

ECU Remapped 27/09/2014
Gain 40Bhp 80Nm
Again an E46 BMW in great condition and despite being 10 years old less than 100k miles – ripe for tuning and it gave great results again even through the germans slush box

VW Jetta 2.0 Tdi Remap

VW Jetta 2.0 Tdi Remap

ECU Remapped 27/09/2014
Gain 38Bhp 75Nm
DSG gearbox on this Jetta which is basically a mk5 Golf with an enormous boot – if you prefer the saloon car look they still have bulletproof reliability and virtually the same cabin as the Golf
Much nicer drive with the remap loads of extra torque and smoother power delivery
